The Service requires integration with your LinkedIn account to publish content on your behalf.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address or through Google/LinkedIn OAuth authentication.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Qopylot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. LinkedIn Integration
4.1 Authorization
By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Qopylot to post content on your behalf according to your scheduled posts. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your LinkedIn account.
4.2 LinkedIn Terms Compliance
You agree to comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using our Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Qopylot.
4.3 Service Limitations
Qopylot's ability to publish content depends on LinkedIn's API availability. We are not responsible for failures caused by LinkedIn API changes, rate limits, or service outages.
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 AI Usage
Our AI content generation features are powered by OpenAI. The AI generates content suggestions based on your preferences and inputs.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Qopylot does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.
5.3 No Guarantee
AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that AI content will meet your specific requirements, achieve particular results, or be free from errors.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using Qopylot, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to create, upload, or publish content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service
6.3 Media Files
You may upload media files up to 100MB per file. Supported formats include images, videos, and documents compatible with LinkedIn. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any media you upload.
7. Subscription and Payments
7.1 Subscription Plans
Qopylot offers various subscription plans with different features and post limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
7.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7.4 Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period to prevent service disruption.
7.5 Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using premium features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Scheduled Posts
While we make every effort to publish scheduled posts at the specified times, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to potential technical issues, API limitations, or service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by Qopylot and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qopylot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Damage to reputation resulting from published content
- Costs of procuring substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qopylot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
